Right to Cancel

The prices shown exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due at the time of completing your transaction. The price displayed in Ringgit Malaysia will be the same regardless of the customer’s location, with the exception of the delivery cost.

At FREZZ, we are committed to making your shopping experience on our website as safe and secure as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for the fraudulent use of a lost or stolen credit or debit card on our website.

We will, however, assist your credit or debit card provider in any way we can once any fraudulent activity has been reported to them.
